The Beauty Beat x Creators Ticket Giveaway 2025 – Terms and Conditions

If you have won tickets via a Beauty Beat 2025 speaker, brand partner, or friend of the brand, the following Terms and Conditions apply, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

Ticket Validity
 Tickets are valid only for entry to The Beauty Beat 2025 on the date specified in the official content and communications shared by the relevant Creator.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Meta from any and all liability arising from or in connection with this promotion.

     

  2. To enter, participants must be residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

     

  3. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Beauty Beat Events Ltd.

     

  4. To enter via Instagram, entrants must locate the competition post on the relevant Creator’s profile and follow the entry instructions provided.

     

  5. Each competition will close on the date specified in the competition content shared by the relevant Creator.

     

  6. Tickets awarded are valid solely for the date indicated in the official communications and content issued by the relevant Creator.

     

  7. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

     

  8. The winner will be required to provide their full name, home address, and email address. This information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and facilitating prize fulfilment.

     

  9. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the competition and fulfil the prize, after which it will be securely deleted.

  11. If the competition is entered via Instagram, entrants’ profiles must be public to be eligible.

  13. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days of being contacted, Beauty Beat Events Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

     

  14. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

     

  15. Beauty Beat Events Ltd accepts no liability for any allergies or allergic reactions to any products used.

     

  16. Beauty Beat Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or failed entries, or for any technical malfunction or event beyond its reasonable control that may cause disruption to this competition.

     

  17. Beauty Beat Events Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

     

  18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
