About The Event
When and where is The Beauty Beat 2026?
The Beauty Beat 2026 takes place at The QEII Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London, SW1P 3EE on Saturday 31st October and Sunday 1st November 2026. Tickets are valid only for the day shown on your ticket.
What time is the event?
The event is open from 10am to 6:30pm each day. Doors open at 10am and the last entry is 5:30pm.
How do I get there?
The QEII Centre is in central Westminster, a short walk from Westminster and St James’s Park Underground stations and well served by buses.
Tickets
How much are tickets and where do I buy them?
In-person tickets cost £85 and are sold exclusively via Eventbrite. Every in-person ticket includes one goodie bag. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
No. Tickets are only available in advance via Eventbrite.
I haven’t received my ticket or confirmation email – what should I do?
First check your spam or junk folder. You can also log into your Eventbrite account to view your order and resend your confirmation email. If you still can’t locate your ticket, email hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk.
I am no longer able to attend – can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend, arrive late or leave early. However, if we cancel or postpone the event you will be entitled to a refund in line with our Terms & Conditions.
I am no longer able to attend – can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets can be transferred to a friend or family member free of charge (they cannot be resold). Please email hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk from the email address you booked with, including the name(s) of the person you’d like to transfer your ticket(s) to.
What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the face value of your ticket via Eventbrite. If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, and if you cannot attend the new date (or no new date is announced within 90 days) you may request a refund. Entry & Age Policy
Does the event have an age restriction?
Yes. The Beauty Beat 2026 is strictly for ages 16 and over. No children or babies are permitted on site under any circumstances, and prams and buggies are not permitted at the venue. Photo ID may be requested on entry, and admission may be refused where age cannot be verified.
Can I enter and exit the event?
Yes. Once your ticket has been scanned and you are wearing a valid wristband, you can leave and re-enter the event. Your wristband will be checked on re-entry. Please note that once you relinquish your wristband (for example, when redeeming your goodie bag), you cannot re-enter.
Will my bag be searched? Is there a cloakroom?
For everyone’s safety, security searches of persons and bags may be carried out on entry, on re-entry and within the venue. Yes there is a cloakroom available within the venue.
Will alcohol be served?
Where alcoholic drinks are available, they will only be served to those aged 18 and over. The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring photo ID if you’re lucky enough to look under 25.
Goodie Bags
Which ticket do I need to receive a goodie bag?
All in-person tickets include one goodie bag per ticket. Free online tickets do not include a goodie bag.
Are the goodie bags subject to availability?
No – every in-person ticket holder who attends will receive one goodie bag. Please note that goodie bag contents may vary and individual products may be substituted, so not every bag will contain exactly the same items.
Can I still get my goodie bag if I’m unable to attend the event?
Yes – a friend attending the event can collect your goodie bag on your behalf, provided they present your valid, unused ticket at the collection point. We are unable to post unclaimed goodie bags, and goodie bags cannot be collected after the event.
At The Event
Do I need to book a seat for the stage talks?
No – stage talks, masterclasses and workshops cannot be booked in advance. The auditorium holds a maximum of 700 people and access is strictly first come, first served, so please arrive at the stage area early for any session you don’t want to miss. Your ticket does not guarantee entry to any particular talk or stage session.
Are complimentary services such as manicures guaranteed with my ticket?
No. All complimentary treatments, services and drinks are subject to availability while stocks and capacity last, and are not guaranteed with your ticket.
I have an allergy or sensitive skin – what should I know?
Treatments and product samples at the event, and products in the goodie bags, are supplied by third-party brands and may contain allergens. Please tell any practitioner about allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or pregnancy before receiving a treatment, and check product ingredients before use.
Will food be served at the event?
No – food will not be served within this luxury beauty space. However, the venue is incredibly centrally located, with numerous eateries in close proximity.
Will I be filmed or photographed at the event?
Yes – filming and photography will take place throughout the venue for broadcast, marketing and security purposes, and signage will be displayed. By attending, you accept that you may appear in event photography and footage. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I take photos and videos?
Yes – you’re welcome to take personal, non-commercial photos and videos unless signage or staff indicate otherwise. Professional recording equipment and commercial use of footage are not permitted without our prior written consent.
I lost something at the event — what should I do?
Please speak to a member of the event team on the day, or email hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk after the event with a description of the item.
Accessibility
Is the venue accessible?
Yes – The QEII Centre offers step-free access and accessible facilities. You can view the venue accessibility information at https://qeiicentre.london/about/accessibility-information/. If you have any access requirements, please email hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Are free carer tickets available for disabled attendees?
Yes – we are more than happy to offer a complimentary carer pass. Please note the carer pass does not include a goodie bag. Email hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk for details.
How do I watch online?
Free online ticket holders will be emailed a viewing link before the event. Online tickets do not permit entry to the in-person event and do not include a goodie bag.
