Competition Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

  • The promoter of this Giveaway and giveaway is Beauty Beat Events Limited (“The Beauty Beat” or the “Promoter”). 
  • PDC Brands to Original Additions (Beauty Products) Limited trading as Cantu are the prize partner.

 2. Eligibility

  • This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over who enter via this data form.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors or interns of The Beauty Beat, Cantu (PDC Brands to Original Additions Limited) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations.

3. Entry Period

  • The Giveaway opens on Monday, 16 February 2026, and closes on Tuesday 24th February 2026, or when 500 entries have been received, whichever occurs first (the “Closing Date”).
  • Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • Entry is made by completing the online entry form via the link above and passing any reasonable verification checks required by the Promoter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
  • Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, identities, automated systems or fraudulent methods may be disqualified.
  • Incomplete, invalid or non-compliant entries will not be accepted.
  • No responsibility is accepted for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or systems beyond the Promoter’s control.

5. The Gift

  • A total of 500 selected entries will each receive the following Cantu products

1 x Ultra Moisture Nourishing Shampoo, 1 x Ultra Moisture Nourishing Mask,1 x Ultra Moisture Nourishing Leave-In, 1 x Ultra Moisture Nourishing Curl Cream and 1 x Ultra Moisture Nourishing Hair Oil.

  • Gifts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • Receipt of product is free of charge
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random.
  • Winners will receive The Gift within 10 days of the Closing Date using the contact details and postal address provided at entry.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data supplied during the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Personal data will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and fulfilling gifts.
  • Entrants consent to their email address and postal address being shared with The Beauty Beat for marketing purposes, including newsletter subscriptions.
  • Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
  • The fulfilment partner, Multi Resource Marketing Ltd, will process all winner data solely for prize fulfilment purposes and will delete personal data no later than three (6) months after completion of the Giveaway.
  • Personal data will not be used for any other purpose.

9. Publicity

  • By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and publishing their name, image, likeness and any photographs, videos or other content submitted or shared in connection with the Giveaway (“Content”) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Giveaway and the Promoter’s activities, in any media, worldwide and for the duration of the Promoter’s marketing use, subject always to applicable data protection and privacy laws.
  • Entrants acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any additional compensation for such use.
  • Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Promoter, though this will not affect any use of content made prior to withdrawal.
  • Recipients of the Prize are under no obligation to post or share any content on social media in relation to the Prize
  • If a recipient chooses to share content relating to the Prize on social media, they must clearly and prominently disclose that the product was received free of charge, using wording such as “gifted”, “PR gift”, “ad-gifted” or other equivalent clear disclosure in accordance with UK advertising regulations.

10. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or terminate the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a manner deemed unfair or disruptive to the Giveaway.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok or any other social media platform. By entering, you acknowledge that your information is provided to the Promoter and not to any social platform.

14. Acceptance

By entering this Giveaway, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
