Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

  • The promoter of this Prize Draw is Beauty Beat Events Limited (“The Beauty Beat” or the “Promoter”).
  • Shiseido UK Limited trading as NARS Cosmetics are the Prize Draw partner.

2. The Events

The Manchester Event

  • The NARS x Beauty Beat Manchester event will be held on Wednesday 15th April 2026
  • Event one will start at 4pm on Wednesday 15th April 2026
  • Event two will start at 6pm on Wednesday 15th April 2026
  • The event venue and full address for the Manchester event will be provided directly to the selected winners once their acceptance has been confirmed

 The London Event

  • The NARS x Beauty Beat London event will be held on Thursday 23rd April 2026
  • Event one will start at 4pm on Thursday 23rd April 2026
  • Event two will start at 6pm on Thursday 23rd April 2026
  • The event venue and full address for the London event will be provided directly to the selected winners once their acceptance has been confirmed

The Birmingham Event

  • The NARS x Beauty Beat Birmingham event will be held on Thursday 23rd April 2026
  • Event one will start at 4pm on Thursday 30th April 2026
  • Event two will start at 6pm on Thursday 30th April 2026
  • The event venue and full address for the Birmingham event will be provided directly to the selected winners once their acceptance has been confirmed

3. Tickets, Invitations & Prizes

  • Each winner will receive one complimentary ticket to attend one of the NARS x The Beauty Beat.
  • Each winner will receive one complimentary to attend one event in Manchester, London OR Birmingham.
  • Winners will be selected at random using a verifiable process from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  • Full event details will be provided directly to the selected winners once their acceptance has been confirmed

Event tickets, invitations or prizes:

  • Are non-transferable.
  • Have no cash value.
  • May not be exchanged, resold or substituted.
  • Are valid only for the named attendee unless otherwise stated.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize, experience, gift or element of the Event with an item of equal or greater value.

4. Entry Period

Manchester

  • The Prize Draw for the NARS x Beauty Beat Manchester event opens on Monday 30th March 2026, and closes at midnight on Monday 6th April 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
  • Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

London

  • The Prize Draw for the NARS x Beauty Beat London event opens on Monday 30th March 2026, and closes at midnight on Thursday 16th April 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
  • Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

Birmingham

  • The Prize Draw for the NARS x Beauty Beat Birmingham event opens on Monday 30th March 2026, and closes at midnight on Thursday 23rd April 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
  • Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

  • Entry is made by completing the online entry forms – via the link below – and passing any reasonable verification checks required by the Promoter. https://bit.ly/4szWc9F

  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

  • Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, identities, automated systems or fraudulent methods may be disqualified.

  • Incomplete, invalid or non-compliant entries will not be accepted.

  • No responsibility is accepted for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or systems beyond the Promoter’s control.

     

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected using a verifiable random process or under independent supervision.
  • Winners will be notified via direct message and / or email.
  • Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.

7. Eligibility

  • This “Prize Draw” is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who enter via this data form.
  • Events are open to individuals aged 18+ years or over, unless otherwise expressly stated.
  • By entering a Prize Draw or registering for an Event, participants confirm they are legally eligible, available to attend on the advertised date(s), and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations.

8. Odds

  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

9. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, reschedule, alter content, postpone or cancel the Event at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, venue issues, illness, supplier failure, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
  • No liability shall arise for such changes, and no refunds or compensation will be payable unless required by law.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data supplied during the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Personal data will be used to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, contact winners and fulfil prizes.
  • Where entrants separately opt in, personal data may also be used for marketing communications from The Beauty Beat. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk.
  • Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the administration of the Prize Draw and any related legal or regulatory obligations, and in any event for no longer than 36 months after submission unless a longer retention period is required by law.

11. Publicity

  • By entering the Prize Draw, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and publishing their name, image, likeness and any photographs, videos or other content submitted or shared in connection with the Prize Draw (“Content”) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Prize Draw and the Promoter’s activities, in any media, worldwide and for the duration of the Promoter’s marketing use, subject always to applicable data protection and privacy laws.
  • By attending the Event, you grant the Organiser and its partners an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to photograph, film and record you.
  • Such content may be used for marketing, social media, press, PR and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation
  • Signage will be displayed at the event notifying attendees of filming and photography
  • Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Promoter, though this will not affect any use of content made prior to withdrawal.

  • Recipients of the Prize are under no obligation to post or share any content on social media in relation to the Prize
    If a recipient chooses to share content relating to the Prize on social media, they must clearly and prominently disclose that the product was received free of charge, using wording such as “gifted”, “PR gift”, “ad-gifted” or other equivalent clear disclosure in accordance with UK advertising regulations.

12. Travel, Personal Property & Liability

  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and expenses.

  • The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:

  • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Loss, theft or damage to personal property

  • Personal injury or illness

    except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Attendance is at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, safety and belongings at all times.

  • The Beauty Beat is committed to making our events welcoming and accessible to all attendees. If you have any accessibility requirements, mobility needs, or require reasonable adjustments to attend and enjoy the event, please contact us in advance at hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, taking into account advance notice, venue limitations, and what is reasonably practicable.

13. Health, Beauty Treatments & Product Use

  • Events may include beauty treatments, demonstrations, samples or products provided by third-party brands.

The Organiser:

  • Does not provide medical or professional advice
  • Accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions, allergies or outcomes
  • Attendees must disclose any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions directly to the relevant brand or practitioner before participation.

 

14. Exhibitors, Sponsors & Third Parties

  • The Organiser is not responsible for:

  • Advice, services or products provided by exhibitors, sponsors or partners

  • Any contracts or arrangements entered into between attendees and third parties

  • Any such dealings are solely between the attendee and the third party.

15. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Attendees must behave respectfully and lawfully at all times.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive, without refund or compensation.

  • The Promoter and/or venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee at its absolute discretion, including where behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate. The Promoter and/or venue may conduct security checks or searches where required. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry or removal. Tickets and prizes are non-refundable and no compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

16. Goodie Bags, Gifts & Complimentary Services

Goodie bag contents, values, giveaways and complimentary services:

  • Are subject to availability
  • May change without notice
  • Are not guaranteed

17. General

  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or terminate the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a manner deemed unfair or disruptive to the Prize Draw.
  • We are committed to delivering a positive experience for all attendees and entrants. If you have a complaint or concern relating to this Prize Draw or any associated event, please contact us in the first instance at hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and will endeavour to resolve matters promptly and fairly.

 

18. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance or use of any prize. 

19. Governing Law

  • This Prize Draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Platform Disclaimer

  • This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok or any other social media platform. By entering, you acknowledge that your information is provided to the Promoter and not to any social platform.

21. Acceptance

  • By entering this Prize Draw and attending the events, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
