TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. To enter please record a video stating why you would like to join the Lipstick Creation Committee. The video should be no longer than 60 seconds. All videos should be submitted to hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk
    2. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
    3. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Emolyne Cosmetics Ltd or Beauty Beat Events Ltd.
    4. This competition is to win a place on The Beauty Beat Ltd and Emolyne Cosmetics Ltd Lipstick Committee – ‘The Lippy Committee’, a small panel that will collaborate with TheBeauty Beat and Emolyne Cosmetics to formulate a bespoke coloured lipstick. In addition to this, the winners will each receive:
    5. This competition will run until midnight on Wednesday 23rd April 2025. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
    6. All video applications to join the Lipstick Creation Committee must be submitted to hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk by midnight on Wednesday 23rd April 2025. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
    7. To apply, entrants must be available to meet in London on the following dates: 12th or 13th May 2025 for our initial meeting and the 23rd or 24th June 2025 for a product swatching session.
    8. The winners must be available to attend:
    9. Pre-agreed travel arrangements to and from the London location will be provided by Beauty Beat Events Ltd
    10. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
    11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold or refunded. This prize is not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    12. All pre-agreed travel and accommodation costs to attend the in-person panel sessions will be reimbursed. All travel and accommodation costs must be pre-approved in writing by The Beauty Beat Events Ltd before booking. Valid receipts must be submitted within 10 days for reimbursement, which may take up to 30 days to process. All receipts must be supplied to a representative from The Beauty Beat Events Ltd before payment is processed.
    13. Reimbursements for travel and accommodation costs may take up to 30 days to process.
    14. The winner will be asked to provide their email address and phone number, which will be used for competition purposes such as arranging treatment etc.
    15. By entering this competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for competition administration. You will be given the option to opt out of marketing communications from Emolyne Cosmetics Ltd. Your data will not be shared with other third parties without your consent.
    16. By entering this competition, you consent to your video application, image and general participation being shared across social media by Emolyne Cosmetics Limited and The Beauty Beat.
    17. The winners will be selected by judges who are representatives of The Beauty Beat Ltd and Emolyn Cosmetics Ltd.
    18. All data/email addresses of the winners (collected via the competition) will be shared with Emolyne Cosmetics Ltd. This will be used for communication related to the panel sessions and prize.
    19. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
    20. Neither Emolyne Cosmetics or Beauty Beat Events Ltd accept responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted or otherwise failed entries. 
    21. Neither Emolyne Cosmetics Ltd nor Beauty Beat Events Ltd accepts liability for any adverse reactions to any products that may be supplied, tested and/or gifted. Participants with known sensitivities should review ingredient lists before use.
    22. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via www.thebeautybeat.co.uk
    23. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta, Pinterest and Brevo. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless TikTok, Meta, Pinterest and Brevo from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
