Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

  • The promoter of this Prize Draw is Beauty Beat Events Limited (“The Beauty Beat” or the “Promoter”).
  • HENKEL UK LTD trading as got2b are the prize partner.

2. Eligibility

  • This “Prize Draw” is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who enter via this data form.
  • By entering, entrants confirm they meet the age eligibility requirement. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and to disqualify any entrant who cannot confirm they are aged 16 or over
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors or interns of The Beauty Beat, HENKEL UK LTD trading as got2b, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  • The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations.

    3. Entry Period

    • The Giveaway opens on Thursday 25th June 2026, and closes on Friday 3rd July 2026 (the “Closing Date”).

    • Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

    4. How to Enter

    • Entry is made by completing the online entry form via the link above and passing any reasonable verification checks required by the Promoter.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
    • Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, identities, automated systems or fraudulent methods may be disqualified.
    • Incomplete, invalid or non-compliant entries will not be accepted.
    • No responsibility is accepted for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or systems beyond the Promoter’s control.

    5. The Prize

    • A total of 100 winners will each receive three got2b Curlz products of their choice.
      Applicants must select their preferred three products from the following range at the time of entry::
    • CURLZ MOISTURISING DETANGLER
    • CURLZ FLEXIBLE CURL MOUSSE
    • CURLZ DEFINING JELLY
    • CURLZ REFRESHING DRY OIL MIST
    • CURLZ STYLING CREAM
    • CURLZ TWISTED MOUSSE
    • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
    • No cash alternative is available.
    • Receipt of product is free of charge.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

       

    6. Winner Selection & Notification

    • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. As postal addresses are collected at the point of entry, winners will not be contacted prior to dispatch. By entering, entrants confirm that the postal address provided is accurate and up to date.
    • Winners will receive The Prize within 30 days of the Closing Date using the contact details and postal address provided at entry.

    7. Odds

    • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    8. Data Protection & Privacy

    • Personal data supplied during the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
    • Personal data will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and fulfilling prizes.
    • Entrants consent to their email address and postal address being shared with The Beauty Beat for marketing purposes, including newsletter subscriptions.
    • Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
    • The fulfilment partner, Multi Resource Marketing Ltd, will process all winner data solely for prize fulfilment purposes and will delete personal data no later than three (3) months after completion of the Giveaway.
    • Personal data will not be used for any other purpose.

    9. Publicity

    • By entering the Prize Draw, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and publishing their name, image, likeness and any photographs, videos or other content submitted or shared in connection with the Prize Draw (“Content”) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Prize Draw and the Promoter’s activities, in any media, worldwide and for the duration of the Promoter’s marketing use, subject always to applicable data protection and privacy laws.
    • By attending the Event, you grant the Organiser and its partners an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to photograph, film and record you.
    • Such content may be used for marketing, social media, press, PR and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation
    • Signage will be displayed at the event notifying attendees of filming and photography
    • Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Promoter, though this will not affect any use of content made prior to withdrawal.

    • Recipients of the Prize are under no obligation to post or share any content on social media in relation to the Prize
      If a recipient chooses to share content relating to the Prize on social media, they must clearly and prominently disclose that the product was received free of charge, using wording such as “gifted”, “PR gift”, “ad-gifted” or other equivalent clear disclosure in accordance with UK advertising regulations.

    10. Intellectual Property

    • All content created by entrants or prize recipients (including but not limited to photographs, videos, reviews, captions and social media posts) remains the intellectual property of the original creator. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of that content to The Beauty Beat or HENKEL UK LTD.

    • By entering the Giveaway, entrants grant The Beauty Beat and HENKEL UK LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and display any Content submitted as part of their entry for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, for the duration of the Promoter’s marketing use. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Content.

    • Entrants warrant that any Content submitted does not infringe the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party, and agree to indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from a breach of this warranty.

    11. General

    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or terminate the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    • The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a manner deemed unfair or disruptive to the Giveaway.

     

    12. Limitation of Liability

    • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    • Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance or use of any prize. 

    13. Governing Law

    • This Prize Draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    14. Platform Disclaimer

    • This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok or any other social media platform. By entering, you acknowledge that your information is provided to the Promoter and not to any social platform.

    15. Acceptance

    • By entering this Prize Draw and attending the events, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

    16. Winner’s List

    • A list of winners’ first names and counties will be made available upon request within 8 weeks of the Closing Date.
