What time is the event?

The event is open from 10am – 6pm. The doors will open at 10am. Last entry is 5:30pm.

Can I enter and exit the event?

Yes. Once your ticket has been scanned and you are wearing a valid wristband, you can enter and exit the event. Your wristband will be checked upon reentry to the event.

Does the event have an age restriction?

Yes, attendees must be older than 15 years. Children and/or babies under the age of 15 are not permitted onsite at the event.  Children aged over 15 years will require a ticket.

Can I still get my goody bag if I’m unable to attend the event?

If you have a ticket to the event but are unable to attend, please give your ticket to someone you trust and they will be able to collect your goody bag on your behalf. We are unable to send unclaimed goody bags via post.

Will food be served at the event?

No. Within this luxury beauty space/event, food will not be served. However we have chosen an incredibly centrally located venue with numerous eateries in close proximity.

Why can’t I  book an appointment for a manicure?

All complementary treatments and services are subject to availability. All complimentary drinks are subject to availability.

Are the goody bags subject to availability?

No. The goody bags are not subject to availability, every in-person ticket holder will receive a goody bag worth over £450

Are free carer tickets for disabled attendees available?

Yes, we are more than happy to offer a white pass to carers. Please note this person will not be entitled to a goody bag on the day though. Please email hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk for further details.

I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, the event has a no refund policy.

I am no longer able to attend, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, please email hello@thebeautybeat.co.uk from the email address you booked the ticket under, along with the name(s) of who you’d like to transfer your ticket(s) to.

I’m a creator / member of the press looking to attend the event.

At the top of the ’tickets’ page, there is an ‘enter promo code’ link. Please click this and enter your code. Please note this is before checkout.
